Grounded in experience. Guided by compassion.
Erica’s approach to counselling is shaped by professional training, an earlier career in healthcare, and her own experience navigating significant health challenges and major life transitions. Together, these experiences inform a deeply human understanding of uncertainty, resilience, identity, and what it can mean to find your footing when life changes unexpectedly.
Before becoming a counsellor, Erica worked as a sports chiropractor and kinesiologist. She later earned her Master’s in Counselling Psychology, bringing together her understanding of the body, mind, relationships, and lived experience in the way she approaches therapeutic work today.
