3 steps
How It Works
1. Start with a complimentary consultation
A brief conversation to ask questions, share a little about what is bringing your family to counselling, and explore whether working together may be an appropriate fit.
2. Begin by understanding your family
Early sessions focus on understanding the relationships, experiences, concerns, and perspectives bringing your family to therapy and what you hope to explore together.
3. Continue collaboratively
Sessions evolve around your family’s needs and therapeutic goals, with room to explore patterns, communication, relationships, and the experiences affecting your family.
