A space to slow down and understand yourself
You don’t have to keep carrying it alone
Wherever you are in your journey, we’re here to help — with online counselling and psychotherapy.
If you recognize yourself in any of these, individual therapy may be worth exploring.
Support for what you’re facing
Anxiety & overwhelm
Racing thoughts, worry, panic, and pressure that never quite lets up.
Depression & low mood
Heaviness, numbness, lost motivation, or just not feeling like yourself.
Stress & burnout
Running on empty, resentment, and the exhaustion of holding it all together.
Trauma & the past
Old wounds, painful memories, and patterns that still shape how you feel today.
Self-worth & self-criticism
The harsh inner voice, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and imposter feelings.
Life transitions & identity
Change, loss, direction, and the question of who you are and what you want.
Care grounded in professional training and lived understanding
Erica brings together graduate training in counselling psychology, an earlier career in healthcare as a sports chiropractor and kinesiologist, and extensive lived experience of resilience and adversity.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, she approaches therapy through an integrated mind-body lens, committed to meeting each client as a whole person rather than simply a set of symptoms.
A calm, confidential space that’s entirely yours.
Each session offers a private, unhurried space to think out loud, feel what you feel, and be met without judgment. Together, we can explore not only what is happening on the surface, but also the experiences, patterns, and responses that may be shaping how you feel today.
Erica works from a culturally informed, trauma-informed and nervous system-aware perspective, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Therapy is collaborative and guided by your experiences, needs, and goals, with space to deepen your understanding of yourself and what matters to you.

Individual therapy FAQs
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If something feels heavy, stuck, or unclear, that’s reason enough. The free 15-minute call is a no-pressure way to find out if it’s a fit.
What happens in the first session?
We take time to understand what brought you here and what you’d like to feel different. You set the pace. There’s no expectation to share more than you’re ready to.
How long will I need to come?
That’s entirely up to you. Some people come for a specific challenge over a few months; others value ongoing support. We check in regularly on what’s working for you.
Is online therapy right for me?
Research suggests that virtual therapy can be effective for many concerns and many clients. Whether online therapy is appropriate for you depends on your individual needs, circumstances and preferences. Many people also value the ease of meeting from their own space, with no commute and no waiting room.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private and confidential, subject to the limits of confidentiality required by law and professional ethics.
