Rising Minds Counselling and Psychotherapy

Who we serve

Wherever you are in your journey, we're here to help

Virtual psychotherapy for youth, adults, couples and families across British Columbia and Ontario — navigating a wide range of concerns, or simply seeking to grow.
How we support you

You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from therapy

We support individuals, couples and families across BC and Ontario seeking meaningful change. Whatever brings you here — greater clarity, resilience, connection, or steadier ground through a hard season — your reasons are your own, and you’re met as an individual, with care shaped around you. We offer both 50-minute sessions and extended sessions.

Services are currently limited to clients residing in BC and Ontario, and any province without a governing psychotherapy college.

Virtual counselling is not a crisis or emergency service.

It also is not intended for anyone experiencing severe instability or an acute mental-health crisis, where in-person or emergency care is more appropriate. If you’re in an emergency or crisis, please go to your nearest hospital, call 911, or call or text 988 (Suicide Crisis Helpline).
